Y42X不銹鋼法蘭減壓閥屬于直接作用式彈簧薄膜式減壓閥。主要由調(diào)節(jié)彈簧、膜片、活塞、閥座、閥瓣等零件組成。利用膜片直接傳感下游壓力驅(qū)動閥瓣，控制閥瓣開度完成減壓穩(wěn)壓功能。

所先認識下水用減壓閥有哪些結(jié)構(gòu)類型，根據(jù)減壓原理和結(jié)構(gòu)型式的不同，水用減壓閥可分為比例式減壓閥和可調(diào)式減壓閥。
比例式減壓閥：是依據(jù)其閥腔內(nèi)減壓活塞進出口兩端感應(yīng)面積的差異，實現(xiàn)進、出口壓力成一定比例關(guān)系的減壓閥，依據(jù)進口壓力設(shè)定出口壓力。
可調(diào)式減壓閥：是根據(jù)水力差動控制原理或水力先導(dǎo)控制（由減壓先導(dǎo)閥控制主閥）原理，以出口壓力的設(shè)定值為準(zhǔn)，自動調(diào)節(jié)閥瓣的開啟度和流量，實現(xiàn)出口壓力的減壓和穩(wěn)定，并與進口壓力的關(guān)聯(lián)度較小，可通過彈簧調(diào)節(jié)裝置，對減壓閥出口壓力進行有效調(diào)整。



一、薄膜式水用減壓閥工作原理

屬于直接作用彈簧薄膜式的有Y416X、200P、YZ11X型水用減壓閥，在吸取了國外同類產(chǎn)品優(yōu)點的基礎(chǔ)上適當(dāng)加大了膜片面積，提高了靈敏度。主要由膜片、磴形閥瓣、調(diào)節(jié)彈簧等零件組成。利用膜片傳感下游壓力變化驅(qū)動閥瓣，改變和控制閥門開度實現(xiàn)減壓穩(wěn)壓功能。由調(diào)定調(diào)節(jié)彈簧壓力設(shè)定出口壓力值。當(dāng)閥后壓力超過彈簧設(shè)定值時，壓縮彈簧，使閥瓣慢慢開度慢慢減小。適用于高層建筑公寓樓和住宅區(qū)的支線管路以及公寓、住宅的入戶自來水管減壓使用。



二、活塞式水用減壓閥工作原理

屬于直接作用彈簧活塞式的有Y42X/F型水用減壓閥，當(dāng)壓力變化時，流入活塞下腔并與活塞上方保持平衡，迫使活塞向移動，改變節(jié)流面積，造成壓力損失，實現(xiàn)減壓。由于本閥采用卸荷機構(gòu)，減小了進口壓力變化對出口壓力的影響，同時加大了出口壓力作用面積，即加大敏感元件作用面積，從而減小了閥門出口壓力偏差，大大提高了減壓閥的穩(wěn)壓精度。以滿足控制要求。



三、先導(dǎo)式水用減壓閥工作原理

屬于先導(dǎo)膜片式的有200X、ZZYP型水用減壓閥，水流通過導(dǎo)管進入主閥的控制室、并建立向下的壓力，出口壓力也通過導(dǎo)管作用在導(dǎo)閥的膈膜下并與導(dǎo)閥的調(diào)節(jié)彈簧相對抗。當(dāng)下游壓力超過導(dǎo)閥彈簧設(shè)定值時，導(dǎo)閥關(guān)閉，控制室內(nèi)的水排泄量為0，上閥腔可變壓力達到大，則主閥盤緊閥座減壓閥出口減小。
