之前介紹SAF2507雙相不銹鋼高壓自力式調(diào)節(jié)閥，現(xiàn)在介紹平板閘閥的工作原理:雙重密封、自動泄壓、免維護(hù) 平板閘閥的啟閉件是平行閘板滑動閥。關(guān)閉件可以是單閘板或帶有撐開機(jī)構(gòu)的雙閘板。閘板向閥座的壓緊力是由作用與浮動閘板的介質(zhì)壓力來控制。如果是雙閘板平板閘閥，則兩閘板見的撐開機(jī)構(gòu)可以補(bǔ)充這一壓緊力。
平板閘閥應(yīng)用：
    平板閘閥主要應(yīng)用于燃?xì)夤芫€、液化氣、天然氣、石油輸送、化工、城市管道、放空系統(tǒng)和汽儲存裝置上，用作啟閉設(shè)備。
平板閘閥用途分類：
    平板閘閥在使用場合不同的情況下，可分為有導(dǎo)流孔平板閘閥、無導(dǎo)流孔平板閘閥、油田平板閘閥、管線平板閘閥、燃?xì)馄桨彘l閥等。


平板閘閥相關(guān)參數(shù)：
通用規(guī)格：DN50-300mm；
溫度范圍：-20℃≈550℃；
壓力范圍：PN1.6-10Mpa；
閥體材質(zhì)：WCB、304、316、WC6、WC9；
閥桿材質(zhì)：F6A、F304、F316、F304、F304；
閥板材質(zhì)：不銹鋼、合金鋼；
連接方式：法蘭式；
介質(zhì)范圍：水、油品、氣體、石油、燃?xì)饧澳承└g性液體等；
平板閘閥的工作原理平板閘閥的選用：
1、石油、天然氣的輸送管線，選用單閘板或雙閘板的平板閘閥。
2、成品油的輸送管線和貯存設(shè)備，選用無導(dǎo)流平板閘閥。
3、石油、天然氣的開采井口裝置，選用暗桿浮動閥座帶導(dǎo)流孔平板閘閥（API16A系類）。
4、帶有懸浮顆粒介質(zhì)的管道，選用刀型平板閘閥。
5、城市煤氣輸送管線選用軟密封明桿平板閘閥。
6、城市自來水工程選用無導(dǎo)流孔明桿平板閘閥。
7、如需清掃管線的帶導(dǎo)流孔的明桿平板閘閥。 

1、上海申弘閥門有限公司主營閥門有：減壓閥(氣體減壓閥,可調(diào)式減壓閥,波紋管減壓閥,活塞式減壓閥閥門內(nèi)部壓力相當(dāng)時(shí)(1)，閘板處于閉合狀態(tài)，閥座表面PTFE密封環(huán)形成初始密封，每次閥門開或關(guān)時(shí)，閥座圈能清潔閘板兩側(cè)(如圖1)  

2、對閥門施加管理壓力時(shí)（2），壓力作用于閘板，迫使它貼近出口閥座上PTFE環(huán)，壓縮它直到閘板停在鋼制閥座上，這樣，就形成了雙重密封，首先是PTFE對金屬密封，然后是金屬對金屬密封，閥座也被牢固地?fù)斓桨疾郏谶@一點(diǎn)（3），O形圈阻止任何后部介質(zhì)流。（如圖2）  

3、閥體壓力泄放后，形成進(jìn)口密封，管道壓力作用于進(jìn)口閥座（4），使其移向閘板，這時(shí)形成PTFE對金屬的密封，同時(shí)，O形圈（5）與閥座凹槽形成緊密的密封。（如圖3）  

4、閥門自動泄放多余的壓力，當(dāng)閥體壓力大于管道壓力時(shí)，由于熱膨脹，進(jìn)口閥座推向凹槽，閥體內(nèi)多余的壓力在閥座與閘板之間泄放到管道中。（如圖4) 
平板閘閥的產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)Products design features    

●閥體有鑄造和焊接兩種結(jié)構(gòu)。     Cast and weld two structures with the body  

 ●閥座采用O形密封圈密封和施加預(yù)緊力的浮動閥座結(jié)構(gòu)，使閥門進(jìn)出口雙向密封；并且該結(jié)構(gòu)的啟閉力矩僅為普通閥門的1/2，能達(dá)到輕松開、關(guān)閥門。    The seal ring uses the floating seat ring structure with o-sear ring sealed and pre-tightening force applied to have inlet and outlet dual-way sealed;and the open-close  moment with this structure is 1/2 that of the common valves only,able to lightly open and close valves.  

 ●閥座采用密封面上鑲嵌PTFE，具有PTFE對金屬和金屬對金屬的雙重密封，PTFE密封面同時(shí)清除閘板臟物的作用，     The seat ring uses the sealing face inlaid with PTFE,so has dual seals of PTFE to metal and metal to metal, the PTFE sealingface also acts as removing the dirt on the wedge disc.  

 ●金屬對金屬密封的閥門，閥體外部設(shè)有注油脂結(jié)構(gòu)，油脂通過注脂器、閥座進(jìn)入閥門密封面，使閥門達(dá)到零泄漏。     For the valve with the metal to metal seal,there is grease injector outside of  it,grease gets into the sealing face through the injector and the seat ring to have the valve up to null leak.    

●帶導(dǎo)流孔閥門的閘板，無論是全開或是全關(guān)始終與密封面吻合，密封面得到保護(hù)不受介質(zhì)直接沖刷，從而延長使用壽命。     The wedge disc of the valve with flow guide hole is always fitted with the sealing face whether in full open or full close status to have the sealing face protected without being directly eroded by the medium so as to extend the duration.    ●閥門在全開時(shí)，通道平滑為直線，流阻系數(shù)極小，無壓力損失，可通毛球清掃管線。     When fully opened,the valve's channel is smooth and linear ,with an extremely small flow resisting coefficient and no pressure loss,and the pipeline can be cleaned with hair-ball through it.    

●本閥采用帶自密封能力的填料結(jié)構(gòu)，無需經(jīng)常調(diào)節(jié)，開、關(guān)極為輕便，且密封性可靠，填料函處設(shè)有輔助密封油脂注入結(jié)構(gòu)，密封性能可靠，真正達(dá)到零泄漏；解決了通用閥門填料處容易外漏的蔽病。     This valve uses the packing structure with the ability of self-seal,needs no constant adjustment,features very light open and close and a reliable seal An assisting sealing grease injection structure is set in the packing to have the sealing performance absoluy reliable and get a true null leak,settling the problem for the packing place of universal valves to be easiest leak outward.        

 ●閥門關(guān)閉時(shí)能自動卸掉內(nèi)腔高壓（詳見工作原理圖），保證使用安全。    Automatic removal of the high pressure in the internal cavity when the valve is about to close(see the working principle diagram)for the details) so as to ensure safety.    

●全封閉結(jié)構(gòu)，防護(hù)性能好，可適應(yīng)全天候要求。     Fully sealed structure leaves a good protective property,suitalbe for the requirement of 24-hour duty.    

●升降桿閥門設(shè)有指示桿或觀察窗以表示閥門的啟閉情況，旋轉(zhuǎn)桿閥門采用封閉齒輪轉(zhuǎn)動啟閉指示機(jī)構(gòu)。     An indication rod or viewing window is set Ascend and descend stemwith the valve to whow the open-close condition,Revolve stem with the valve Use a sealed gear-driving open-close indicating mechansim.
